Channing Tatum Pays Tribute to Soldier Who Died in Afghanistan

Channing Tatum posted an emotional message to Instagram in memory of First Sergeant Peter Andrew McKenna after he was killed in Kabul, Afghanistan this weekend. He was 35.
“I’d like to offer my deepest condolences to the family of First Sergeant Peter Andrew McKenna, a brave soldier we had the honor of meeting in Afghanistan,”
Tatum wrote on Monday. “He tragically lost his life in an attack on one of the bases we visited on @theuso tour back in February. Let’s always remember to thank the men and women who serve this county and so often sacrifice their own lives for ours.”
In the image, the 35-year-old actor and McKenna are posing with Tatum's Magic Mike XXL co-star Adam Rodriguez and actor Nick Zano.
Both Rodriguez and Zano also shared the pic with their own moving tributes to the soldier.
