  2. My son is a wounded warrior who got a DUI with a high BAC in Daytona Beach , Florida he was also with a under age person. They gave him back his drivers license and that case is over but now the officer after 4 months has changed her testimony and tickets is this legal. He has severe PTSD and 3 TBI not counting other mental health issues. The court does not seem to care, where can we get justice that is fair?

    Thank You

  3. Unfortunately, it depends on where they live. If their state has a veterans court or not. Even then there are no guarantees for any of them that everything will be taken into consideration.
