Indianapolis - A Hoosier war veteran is the state's newest millionaire.
The numbers that won Muncie's Jerry Jones a $9 million jackpot are written in his life and have counted since birth.
"I took my ticket out and put it up against the screen. Make sure those are my numbers and those are my numbers," Jones said.
"I got dinged in the head in Vietnam," Jones said. "The bullet went in the back of my skull and came out the tip of my nose. I didn't even lose consciousness."
