Not dead yet, Clermont veteran mistakenly declared dead by VA
CLERMONT
A U.S. Army veteran in Lake County has asked News 13 to help him prove he's not dead.
James Hanna is alive and well in Clermont.
But if you ask the Department of Veterans Affairs, he's dead and no longer entitled to the $3,500 a month pension he uses to support his family.
