My take is simple. It looks like a nylon flag that was probably made in China. Besides, if "patriotic folks" can put on shirts with the stars and stripes, then why should there a problem with this?
It reminded me of this picture take a long time ago.
Seems like folks are a lot more steamed up over a new life in a flag than they are about thousands of veterans being laid to rest with a flag over their coffin because we didn't honor them when it really mattered.
